Ken Kozicki

Ken Kozicki is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience, including 15 years in leadership roles such as President and COO, and fractional CEO and CMO engagements. Defining “Business Resurgence”
Traditional business interventions are often described using terms like turnaround, fix, scale, grow, or leverage—all of which focus on isolated aspects of change. However, as a result of Ken’s work at the helm, he recognized that these terms fail to capture the full holistic transformation required to restore profitability an unlock long-term growth.
This aligns with Peak’s definition of Business Resurgence: a structured yet dynamic approach that integrates turnaround, revenue growth, scaling, and optimization elements to revitalize businesses. The resurgence process is not just about fixing a problem or scaling blindly but about strategic reinvention, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth that positions the
company for long-term success.
Peak Growth Solutions (PGS) specializes in business resurgence for midsize manufacturing and distribution companies that aspire to grow but struggle with operational inefficiencies, leadership misalignment, or declining financial performance. With a team of experts across different disciplines, we offer a holistic approach to organizational turnaround and scalable success.
One of our core methodologies is Theory of Constraints (TOC), which we use to improve productivity and align leadership through IOMapping. Leadership coaching, spearheaded by Rick Drumm, further strengthens executive performance and strategic execution.
Ken plays a hands-on role in driving the transformation process. His key contributions include:
- Providing real case examples to inspire teams during the Leadership Alignment Workshop, helping them identify “what to change.”
- Delivering a structured presentation module on “how to execute” after identifying constraints.
- Guiding the leadership team post-workshop through weekly execution meetings that track KPI progress, and ensure that strategies translate from the what to change into the how to execute.
- Facilitating conflict management ensuring execution challenges are proactively addressed.
